Individual Observation Reports

Individual observation reports provide detailed views of specific observations and user performance over time. These reports help administrators and evaluators track progress and generate comprehensive documentation.

Viewing Individual Observations

Observation Details

1. Navigate to weCLIMB > Observations
2. Click on any observation from the list
3. View comprehensive observation details including:
   • Observer and observee information
   • Form responses and ratings
   • Comments and feedback
   • Attachments and evidence
   • Scoring summaries

Performance Review Details

1. Navigate to weCLIMB > Performance Reviews
2. Select a completed performance review
3. Access detailed information including:
   • Linked formal observations
   • Rating scale results
   • Evaluation period data
   • Summary scores

System administrators and organization administrators can view all observations within their scope, while observers and observables see only their relevant records.

Downloading Observation PDFs

Standard Observation PDF

1. Open any completed observation
2. Click Export PDF or Download PDF
3. Wait for the system to generate the report
4. Download the comprehensive PDF document

The PDF includes all observation data, responses, comments, and scoring information.

Performance Review PDFs

1. Navigate to the performance review details
2. Click Export PDF
3. Choose report options:
   • Include Rubrics: Add detailed rubric information
   • Include Signature: Add signature lines for approval
4. Click Generate Report
5. Download when processing completes

Blank Observation Forms

Generate blank forms for offline use or reference:

Creating Blank Forms

1. Navigate to weCLIMB > Export > Blank Forms
2. Select the form set or specific form
3. Choose target user (if applicable)
4. Select organization scope
5. Click Generate Blank Form
6. Download the PDF when ready

Blank forms maintain the same structure as completed observations but without responses, useful for training or offline observations.

User-Specific Observation History

My Observations (Observable View)

Observable users can view their own observation history:

1. Navigate to weCLIMB > My Observations
2. Filter by date range, observer, or form type
3. View all completed observations where you were observed
4. Click any observation for detailed results

Peer Observations (Observer View)

Observer users can track observations they’ve conducted:

1. Navigate to weCLIMB > Peer Observations
2. Filter by observee, date range, or organization
3. Review all observations you’ve completed
4. Export data for personal records

Performance Review History

1. Navigate to weCLIMB > My Performance Reviews
2. View all completed performance reviews
3. Access linked formal observations
4. Review evaluation period summaries

Performance Tracking Over Time

Individual Progress Reports

Generate comprehensive user performance reports:

1. Navigate to weCLIMB > Reports > Performance Review Reports
2. Select the user from available options
3. Choose date range for analysis
4. View performance trends including:
   • Score progression over time
   • Form-specific results
   • Rating scale comparisons
   • Improvement areas

Observable Totals by User

Track observation frequency and patterns:

1. Navigate to weCLIMB > Reports > Observable Totals
2. Filter by organization or user group
3. View observation counts per user
4. Identify users needing more observations
5. Export data for administrative review

Organization administrators can generate user-specific reports within their schools:

1. Navigate to weCLIMB > Reports > Organization Observable Totals
2. Select your organization
3. Filter by date range or observer
