Overview

The weCLIMB module’s Reports give administrators and reporters a view of observation activity and coverage across the organization. This section covers each report and the filters they share.

The reports

• Observation Summary — high-level counts and summaries of observations, for trend and coverage analysis.
• Organization Totals — observation counts grouped by organization, with options to break down by grade level or content area.
• Observable Users Totals — participation and coverage across staff: who has been observed and who hasn’t.
• Observer Activity — a per-observer view of pace and trend, so you can see who is keeping up and who may need a nudge.
• Performance Review Reports — the scored report for a single completed performance review, with a signable PDF export for the personnel file.

Reaching the reports

Go to weCLIMB → Observation Reports, then choose a report. Access requires the Reporter role or higher; each report is automatically scoped to the organizations and data your role permits.

Filters they share

Most reports offer the same core filters — not every filter appears on every report:

1. Date range — set a Start Date and End Date to define the reporting window.
2. Organization / schools — scope to specific buildings, or view the whole district.
3. Observer / observable — filter by who conducted or received observations.
4. Form Set — filter by the evaluation instrument used.
5. Status — filter by completion status.

Most reports support CSV export, and every export respects your role and organization scope — you only see data you’re authorized to access.
