Assessment and Proctor Reports

Monitor assessment results and proctored session performance.

Track assessment performance, proctoring activities, and certification progress through specialized reports focused on evaluative content.

You can monitor ongoing assessments and attempts through the assessment progress report.

Role Requirements: Reporter, Organization Administrator, or System Administrator

  1. Navigate to ReportsAssessment Progresses
  2. The report displays assessments that are:
    • Started but not completed (in progress with partial attempts)
    • Not yet started but have prior attempts
    • Failed

Use filters to focus on specific assessment activities:

  • Organization: Filter by specific organizations
  • Assessment: Select individual assessments
  • Status: Filter by progress status
  • Date Range: Limit by activity dates
  • User: Focus on specific learners

Access comprehensive assessment results through the guided content results report.

  1. Navigate to ReportsGuided Content Results
  2. Filter to show assessments only
  3. Click on any result to view detailed performance data

Each assessment result shows:

  • Final Score: Overall assessment score
  • Passing Score: Required score to pass
  • Status: Pass, Fail, or In Progress
  • Attempts: Total number of attempts
  • Completion Date: When assessment was finished

For assessments with multiple exam components, you can view individual exam scores, performance on each section, attempt history per component, and detailed scoring breakdowns.

Monitor proctor certifications and their associated sessions.

Role Requirements: Reporter, Organization Administrator, or System Administrator

  1. Navigate to ReportsProctor Certifications
  2. View proctor certifications scoped to your organization

The report includes:

  • Proctor: The certified proctor
  • User: The learner whose result was certified
  • Status: Active or Expired
  • Product: The course or learning path certified
  • Session: The proctored session associated with the certification
  • Certificate: Attached certificate file (if generated)

You can export proctor certification reports in two formats:

CSV export:

  1. Apply desired filters to the proctor certification report
  2. Click Export
  3. A CSV file will be generated and a download link sent to you when ready

PDF export:

  1. Apply desired filters
  2. Use the PDF export option
  3. A PDF file will be generated and a download link sent to you when ready

When a certification is associated with a learning path, child certifications are linked to the parent. You can drill into a parent certification to view all component certifications in the learning path.

Monitor proctored assessment sessions through the assessment progress report. Proctors can also see sessions they are assigned to directly in the Assessment Progresses report.

Results from proctored sessions include additional proctor details collected during the proctor acknowledgement process:

  • Proctor Details: Name, job title, employer name, and contact information
  • Session Information: Date, time, and associated proctored session
  • Certification: Certificate attached to the result upon finalization

You can modify assessment scores when necessary.

Role Requirements: Organization Administrator or System Administrator

  1. Locate the assessment enrollment in Guided Content Results
  2. Click Update Exam Scores
  3. Modify individual exam scores or overall results
  4. Save updates

Adjust passing score requirements for specific learners:

  1. Find the assessment enrollment in Guided Content Results
  2. Click Update Passing Score
  3. Enter the new passing score requirement
  4. The system automatically recalculates pass/fail status
  5. Save changes

Track assessment performance patterns:

  • Pass Rates: Percentage of learners passing on first attempt
  • Average Scores: Mean performance across attempts
  • Retry Patterns: How many attempts learners typically need
  • Time to Completion: Average time spent on assessments

Use assessment reports to identify learners who may need support:

  • Multiple failed attempts
  • Consistently low scores
  • Incomplete assessments past due dates
  • Extended time between attempts

Export assessment results for external analysis:

  1. Apply filters to focus on desired data
  2. Click Export
  3. A CSV file will be generated and a download link sent when ready

Generate official certification reports:

  1. Filter for completed, passed assessments
  2. Select the PDF export option
  3. Include proctor verification details if applicable
  4. Use for compliance documentation
  • Review assessment progress weekly
  • Follow up on failed attempts promptly
  • Monitor proctor certification status for expirations
  • Track completion rates against deadlines

Use assessment reports to:

  • Identify content areas needing improvement
  • Provide targeted support to struggling learners
  • Recognize high-performing participants
  • Adjust training programs based on results
